How do I schedule a group photo in any city in the U.S.A.?

Is there a minimum order?
During the spring and fall we can accommodate almost all requests regardless of size. Sometimes we must require a minimum order of 75 photos. We work very hard to try to accommodate smaller groups. Please ask.

Do your prices vary in different cities?
No, all prices are the same in all cities for direct sales to tour groups. Tour operators' prices vary depending on the yearly volume of photos ordered.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 30 days notice to cancel a confirmed photo-shoot. If a group cancels within 30 days of the photo-shoot or does not show for a confirmed appointment the deposit is forfeited and a $100 cancellation fee is charged. In order to cancel a confirmed appointment, we must receive a fax requesting cancellation. Once received, we will fax back a reservation cancellation number. Please keep this number for your records.

Limited liability?
Our liability is limited to return of any deposits paid. A deposit of $300 is required to contract us for a photo-shoot. If we elect to waive this deposit, we are not liable for failure to receive photographs for any reason whatsoever.

What can we do about misspellings?
We also offer a "Spell-Right" guarantee for all jobs scheduled through our web site. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS. With this, we guarantee the title on the print will match the title you provide to us on our web site or we will pay for the reprint. Otherwise, we are not responsible for misspellings of titles on photographs for any reason. We will provide a 50% Hardship Discount for jobs you choose to have reprinted due to a typo or misspelling.  Please ask your NP representative for details.
